Rotary cheese grater - a manual option that's not as speedy as its metal store-bought counterpart, but still delivers the goods. Check out the pictures to see what I'm talking about - that's no stunt cheese! The second image shows how to grip it for optimal results. I didn't want to copy other cheese graters out there, so I came up with a unique design instead. A bit of olive oil around the inner cylinder before use can make a big difference if you're dealing with sticky situations. Just remember, your cheese should be firm but not rock-hard. Warning: Use at your own risk!
