Rotary cheese grater repair

The rotating cheese grater is very handy. For the plastic ones, it sometimes breaks. This model is designed to repair the part which is fixed on the different rasps and which is screwed on the crank. If you wish to download this template, first make sure that the screw-on tip has the same shape. Here it is an external diameter of Ø19mm with 8 cylindrical grooves + an internal diameter of Ø11.5mm with a double helix. See pictures (if on your rasp the 8-notch party, then this is the right tip). This design works for example with the following models: Kleva Sumo Slicer of the brand Kleva Range Smart Drum Shopper (See photos) For the assembly, it's simple: Completely dismantle the broken part Give a cutting pliers blow between each notch of the metal part Fold the smaller notches inwards Fold the larger notches outwards Forcibly assembling the new part A little sanding on the part that goes into the metal rasp may be necessary. Do not hesitate to give a few small hammer blows on the edges to make it fit. Fold the larger notches over the new piece. The result, see photos, is much more resistant than the original version.
