Summary Rotary cheese grater - not as speedy as a metal store-bought one, but it still gets the job done. Check out the pics - that's real cheese being grated, not a stunt double. The second pic shows you how to grip the grater for the best results. I didn't want to copy other commercial cheese graters, so I came up with a unique design instead. For the best outcomes, your cheese should be firm but not too hard. Use at Your Own Risk! There's a possibility that plastic parts could break off into your food, and we don't know what kind of risks that poses, so print this thing in a color that you'll notice if it breaks. We also can't guarantee against the risk of food contamination or injuries. And let's not forget - we're not sure how cheese interacts with non-food-safe plastics, so keep everything clean. Instructions The cylinder was printed solid with 0.25mm layers, while everything else was printed with two perimeters and a 40% fill rate. The body will need support for the inside of the "food chute," but all other parts can be printed without it. To attach the knob to the crank, use an M4 x 16mm screw and two M4 nuts (or something equivalent). When tightening down the screw, wedge a thin object between the knob and the crank, then remove it once you're done so that the knob can rotate freely.
