Jig for laser engraving pen blanksPrint in place, no supports.  add 20x 10x40x3mm magnets after print is finished.  Recommend PETG.File 10x40x3,  has holes estimated for slight interference fit with 10x40x3 magnets as described on listing actual hole measurement is 10.16x40x3.12mmFile 2.6x9.5x41 (NEW SIZE) is the actual measurements of the magnet hole used in cad, to have a nice interference fit for the undersized magnets sold as “10x40x3” (actual magnet measurements are closer to 2.4x9.6x38, but my caliper is dead)I have also included a test fit file for the smaller size, which prints quickly and will show you the interference fit without committing to more material.  Test print was about 30 minutes on a mk3s, 0.20 mm layers (prusaslicer “quality”) 0.4 nozzle.  full print was about 13 hours.  no supports, petg, 10% gyroid Both of these files are overall larger than the original, as the magnet width required a larger overall diameter for the material between the magnets, despite this it is still 20 pens at 18° separation.
