Rotary Accessory Tool Organizer - Elfa bracket

<p>I was looking to organize my 3D printing tools... and a few other things. I remixed this from two different post. The Rotary tool was edited to fit my accessories and needed bracket for Elfa System. I designed a basic hook to hang tools, and remixed one of the trays to hold all the hex wrenches.
