This design uses M3 screws and nuts for easy installation and adjustment using just one tool. Four unique tensioner designs are provided, along with an extruded pad on top tensioners for better positioning in the hole. While the source files could be improved, FreeCAD's STL import feature is commendable. You will print twelve tensioner pieces (three of each design) and three spacers. Press nuts into place using the provided placement guide, adjust according to your print settings for optimal results, and enjoy tight and straight belts!
