Here's a more accurate set of print files for a Rostock delta printer. Make sure to download the PDF files which contain major dimensions and bending lines. If you want to make the frame from scratch using machinery, also grab the DXF R12 file. When building this 3D printing setup, note that corner plate thickness can be between 2-3mm and end plates need a little more weight. The 3 print platform files - bot, mid, and al, have unique roles in your printer. "al" is an acronym for aluminum which makes up the top layer, while the middle and bottom platforms are designed with insulation in mind. In between these two platforms you'll place the standard-sized heating bed. You can find upgrades for this print frame at thingiverse.com. If a complete set of printed parts tailored specifically to this frame exists yet, they have not been made available online as of my last update; however, ramps case components are located there along with filament guides and an extruder mounting system, among other items essential to assembling your delta printer frame properly.
