Rostock rod length calibrator
thingiverse
This is a calibration print designed to fine-tune rod length settings and correct wall thickness errors. To print this test: use 1-2 perimeters with no fill, top, or bottom layers as they are not required. Keep it on the bed without moving it (or note which arm has the circle) because matching arms to towers is crucial. To verify accuracy: measure from one square's outside edge to the opposite side of the center hexagon. Also, measure the outside to the inside of the same square. The difference between these two measurements should be 100 mm. Verify that the distance from one square's outside edge to its opposite side, measuring outsides only, is 200 mm.
