The original Nudel_P SCAD file was modified for laser-cutting acrylic, including holes for a mk1 PCB heatbed, Printrboard, and L-brackets that support corners. A notch was added in the corner for wire routing from top switches to the base. The images show acrylic pieces still with protective paper on them. L-brackets are from Thingiverse. As it's a work in progress, an update on 10/20/2012 reported successful operation of the project. For extra stability, particle board was used for side pieces instead of acrylic. The laser cutting service requires sending both top and base files (in mm units). The SCAD file is documented to adjust settings for different electronics. Both top and base utilize the same SCAD file, with a switch indicating the type.
