The Rostock Mini Pro's initial fan mount lacked a duct to direct airflow, causing excessive heat in the hotend. The added duct effectively cools the PEEK part of the head, ensuring optimal performance. With a 40mm fan included, it operates at maximum efficiency when running at 40 C or less, maintaining the desired temperature for PLA printing at 185 C.
