Original text remains unchanged, only plated for single run prints; credits given to bwevans for the design at thingiverse.com/thing:32850. Accessible with a larger Stratsys printer, individual parts were plated. Testing is yet to be done, and two plates might still be needed. Hand-placed parts, and as a fun addition, these designs are also uploaded on Shapeways (http://shpws.me/nb9L), though the price is quite high.
