Rostock mini glass bed support/level adjust
thingiverse
After a few months of using the printer, it was discovered that the heat made the circular acrylic piece that came with the kit warp and become concave. As a result, the pieces wouldn't attach properly. The decision was made to replace it with a square borosilicate glass (200x213x3mm) plate. Custom-made pieces were created to attach the glass to the printer. Using 2.5mm nuts and bolts makes leveling the base easier than it was on the original design. **Instructions** To start, you will need three of each part. The base has multiple holes for finding the most suitable position. Since there is no fixed position on the glass, choose the hole that allows the screws to be as vertical as possible. This will help compensate for the printing vibrations and ensure a secure fit.
