My version of Rostock Mini Pro.\nIt's a modified take on the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:318685 design, packed with my own innovative improvements.\nThe enhancements include:\nReplacing the frame with 6.5mm plywood, combined with sleek Aluminium profiles measuring 30x30 for added stability.\nThe carriage is optimized for an 18-tooth GT2 pulley and secured by a Traxxas 5347 rod end paired with a slim holder, delivering enhanced reliability.\nThe idler end has been reengineered to feature two high-quality F623RS bearings measuring 3x10x4mm, ensuring smooth filament flow.\nA versatile Bowden system based on Wade extruder is mounted directly on top of the frame, providing effortless printing experiences.\nUpdate: January 7th, 2015 -\nI have recently upgraded to a v2 carriage capable of supporting both 18-tooth and 20-tooth GT2 pulleys, increasing print precision and efficiency.\nThe next steps include printing new Idler end and Carriage components and conducting thorough testing.
