To mount Ultibot Microstruder under the print platform, use the PG35L Minbea geared stepper and fit it below the Rostock platform, as its weight (200g) avoids hitting diagonal rods. The extruder attaches to mounting holes for the opposite stepper. For installation, 3D print with a one-shell design and at least 50% infill without holes; adjust mounting for personal preference by drilling two 4mm holes on center 43mm apart. This setup allows about 250mm Z axis build height on a Johann's Rostock printer with a heated platform.
