Rostock Max V3 Bondtech QR Mount
thingiverse
After seeing Bondtech's mount for the v3, I decided to opt for a more secure design. This model employs a clamp-style mounting system similar to most of their other mounts. To offer flexibility, I created two distinct versions - feel free to print whichever one you prefer best. The first version attaches directly to the stock EZstruder mounting holes using the original screws, while the second design replaces the entire plate. The clamp is compatible with both options. I've included two files for each design: one with support and another without. To assemble the hardware, you'll need two 8-32x1" socket head screws, two M4x8 washers, and two 8-32 brass insert nuts. I sourced all the necessary components from Lowes (links below). When installing the brass nut, it's recommended to screw it in about one thread first, heat it with a lighter, then secure it firmly into place. 8-32 Socket Head Screw: https://www.lowes.com/pd/The-Hillman-Group-4-Count-8-32-x-1-in-Alloy-Allen-Drive-Socket-Cap-Screw/3012136 M4x8 Washers: https://www.lowes.com/pd/The-Hillman-Group-12-Count-4-mm-Zinc-Plated-Metric-Flat-Washers/50016880 8-32 Brass Insert Nut: https://www.lowes.com/pd/The-Hillman-Group-2-Count-8-Brass-Standard-SAE-Wood-Insert-Lock-Nuts/3012569
