Rostock max v2 dual spool holder

This is the dual spool holder setup for Rostock Max v2, and it works remarkably well, spinning great with 608zz bearings on a M8 threaded rod. Instructions: We used 30% infill for all of the items, and it works beautifully. Printed in PLA+, tolerances for where the bearings fit are tight, so they need to be knocked into place. If you find it hard to measure where to drill the holes for the funnel, simply print the funnel guide plate. To mount the base plate, you must disassemble the spool holder; it's a snug fit, but it will go in there. The tight fit is necessary to prevent wobbling. Use a M2 screw and nut to secure it firmly in place. For the nut finishers, apply some superglue and attach the nuts to the finishers. Accessories needed: M8 threaded rod (1 x 320mm long) M8 nuts (2 x lock-nuts if you have) 608zz bearings or similar-sized ones (4 x, with 2 on each roller) M2x16mm screw and nut Print Quantity: 1 x off all the not listed files 2 x Roller_v2.stl 2 x nut_finisher_v2.stl 3 x washer_for_bearing_clearance.stl This spool holder also functions as a solo spool holder. You will need a shorter M8 rod, 1 x roller, and 2 x washer_for_bearing_clearance.stl. Funnel: M3 SHCS or similar M3 screws (4 x) M3 nuts (4 x) Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 30%-100% Notes: Use support only touching the build plate for the roller center hole on the bottom.
