It's a mounting bracket designed to hold a dimmer and a 0.28-volt meter securely onto the Rostock max V2's melamine lid. The main purpose is to control a 15-LED angel light ring surrounding the hot end and include a volt meter as an added feature. I've also provided a version of the bracket without the volt meter for those who prefer not to install one.
