Support for three 5mm blue LED lights that clip to every tower at the bottom (near heated bed) of SeeMeCNC Rostock Max v.2 (black color). Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX v2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Material used: Black PLA Post-Printing How to build Follow the original instructions but: use three than four LED lights of 5mm diameter color of LED is blue (every LED needs a voltage of about 3.5V, and an inrush current of about 15mA) To light every blue LED (from positive) the resistance needed is: R = (Vin - Vnled) / Inled So with 12V DC: R = (12V - 3.5V) / 0.015A = 8.5 ohms Power drawn: P = Vin * Inled = 12V * 0.015A = 180mW To know how many LEDs can be lit by 12V: Nmax = int(Vin / Vnled) Nmax = int(12V / 3.5V) = int(3.42) = three blue LEDs In this case the resistance needed is: R = (12V - (3 * 3.5V)) / 0.015A = (12V - 10.5V) / 0.015A = 1.5 ohms Materials Needed 9 five-millimeter diameter blue LEDs (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CTK79ZC/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=WU6RX7B3U8AC&coliid=I1SUY93H52HO4A) Material to solder: Black and blue silicone-covered cable for 12V (26 AWG diameter)
