I redesigned the shroud due to the tip warping from being too close to the nozzle. This is a custom-made shroud designed for a 40mm fan on a Rostock Max V2. It has been engineered to be as compact as possible while ensuring that it clears the printer's arms all the way out to its build area. The design sits only a few millimeters above the standard nozzle, making it ideal for use with ABS filament. Although it is a tight fit on the fan mounts, this ensures that it remains securely in place during printing operations, eliminating the need for additional screws to hold it down.
