Used a modified clip shape from the int2str-designed LED mount, tailored to fit T10 LED bulbs with precision. These high-brightness 5630 LEDs emit minimal heat and feature a sleek low-profile design. Before installation, solder leads to the bulb's backside, allowing for easy wiring access through dual exits on both sides of the housing. A small hole drilled adjacent to the extrusion provides convenient wire passage. TPU material is recommended for optimal fitment; however, other materials may also work, albeit untested in this application. This design was initially created for use on a Rostock max but can be adapted seamlessly for any 1" aluminum extrusion system. The LED bulbs used, available here (no affiliate link), incorporate bridge rectifiers, eliminating the need to determine positive or negative pad connections during soldering.
