I stumbled upon this in 2013 and have no idea where it came from, but I recently needed to access it again. To make sure I can easily retrieve it whenever necessary, or if anyone else requires it, I've decided to upload it here. It specifically suits squirrel cage type fans, likely the 50mm ones.
