Rostock Cyclone cooling ring
thingiverse
This cooling option is specifically designed for delta/Rostock printers due to their limited space and weight constraints. After testing, it has proven to be highly effective. To implement this design, connect the three 4mm outer diameter pipework inlets on the cooling ring to a 'Tee' and then attach 6-8mm piping leading to a squirrel cage blower. Unlike regular fans, this setup requires pressure and volume, much like an automotive turbo system. My printed prototype was made using PLA with 20% infill, and no support was needed since my settings successfully handle bridging.
