A modified carriage is presented for a 3D printer Rostock, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17175. This design includes a homemade 1/2 LM8UU (12 mm) PTFE linear bearing to reduce backlash. A suitable toothed belt is required with a tooth pitch of approximately 2 mm and a width less than 3.3 mm, such as MXL3.2. The creator of this design is Sergey Eremin.
