Rossville Point
myminifactory
This quartzite Rossville point was one of the first objects to be extensively examined and precisely replicated via 3D scanning and 3D printing in the Virtual Curation Laboratory. A light layer of talc powder was carefully applied to its surface, allowing for a clear and accurate scan with the NextEngine Desktop 3D scanner. Discovered in an old exhibit case, this artifact is believed to have originated from Virginia.
