Rossi Citadel Levtac 92 Folding Stock
thingiverse
Folding stock for a (Rossi) Citadel Levtac 92, already a 'tactical' lever action, modeled off a 357 but I assume the other models are the same size on the bum end. The stock was remixed by welding as many parts together from the OP as possible, building a bespoke 'handle' adaptor section from scratch and rotating the stock because this application uses the mixed stock upside down and shortened to duplicate the angle and length of pull of the factory stock. It requires a pivot pin which you'll want to use steel for (bolt, nail, I used the shaft of a stainless steel rivet). Also needs a spring (I used a 7 x 19mm which seems about right) which goes on the bottom of the locking flag (see pic) and a pin for the 'button and flag' to hold them together - or you could just glue the button on if you want. 50% PETG with 1.2 walls should work well but PLA will be ok (until it degrades in the sun and the rain). For me It will be glued in the open position for legal reasons but I wanted to model it properly and get it working as a folder as an exercise because I couldn't find anyone who had done that before. UPDATE: It isn't perfect but it is now quite usable and I'm done working on it for now. Feel free to remix it and make it better. - Stock adaptor (hand grip) still needs smoothing of the square edges and some minor dimensional changes to make it more comfortable in your hand and to make it properly fill all the gaps, but on tinkercad that's a PITA. - Alternative butt stock added, totally open triangle. Not sure if this is strong enough but it probably is.
