This ancient statue-menhir originates from the French region of Gard in southern France, where it was unearthed on a plain deeply rooted in Neolithic culture. Upon closer inspection, one may be able to discern the eyes, facial features, and even the arch of the eyebrow etched into its surface. The outline of a face is clearly framed by two arms with hands, while folds of clothing are delicately carved along the stone's edges.
