The Ross Keyboard is a single handed braille keyboard that has an integrated shelf for a braille display to make the typing of braille easier for one handed blind people. The version supplied is for a left handed user but can be flipped to suit a right handed user. The Ross braille keyboard makes it possible to type six braille dots at one time in a chorded action by combining dots 5&6 into a single button that is pressed with the thumb when required. The keyboard is designed for typing Braille text as a chord with the appropriate software such as Duxbury or Perky Duck.
