Rose window of Chieti Cathedral / Rosone del portale della Cattedrale di San Giustino a Chieti

We used Tinkercad, coding with Codeblocks and basic concepts of geometry to create a beautiful digital version of the rose window from the abbey of Valvisciolo in Sermoneta. This project was created by a mixed class of students in grades I and II from Institute Comprensivo 2 in Chieti as part of a module in the PON "Cultural, artistic and landscape heritage" program at the school institute. The creation of this rose window was not planned for classroom activities, but student Eugenia dedicated an afternoon at home to designing and creating it.
