This prop, inspired by the Doctor Who TV series, is around 80% of the original size's massive 800mm overall length. Designed from scratch in Sketchup Pro 8 with reference to images from a UK Doctor Who expo on Flickr, it's a hybrid creation using CNC machined XPS Foam (blue foam) and 3D printed parts. My Rose Tyler Cosplay attempt may not be the best, though.
