Rose Holder
thingiverse
A colleague at the office approached me and asked if I could print a stand for his painted rose sculpture. I agreed, asking only for a drawing of what he had envisioned. He provided one, but after searching Thingiverse, I couldn't find anything suitable to meet his needs. Therefore, I designed it myself using 123D Design. The design is straightforward: a simple V-shaped holder with a dome base. It could easily be scaled up or down to accommodate pens, pencils, or other long cylindrical objects. I printed the stand using Polyalchemy Elixir Abyss filament. This material really brings out an excellent shine without requiring any post-printing work.
