Rose and Lotus Hair Comb

This hair comb represents the duality of being Asian American. The rose is the national flower of America and also grows naturally in North America. The lotus is based off of drawings and memories from my grandparents of Korea. I often have difficulty identifying as both American and Asian, feeling as if I am not enough of either. I think that this comb represents both cultures in a way that could be considered beautiful.
