The assembly comprises the National Bank's new headquarters building situated in Rosario, a site containing remnants of the original structure, along with the National Bank Annex called "The Cathedral". The latter, boasting eclepticismo-academicism architectural style, was designed by the technical office of the National Bank and constructed by Tito and Jose Micheletti between 1926 and 1929. This venue also features artwork from local artists and had been proposed as a museum dedicated to Oriental art; however, this proposal was shelved due to opposition from influential individuals linked to the Ministry of Culture of the Nation. Recognized as a historically significant building, it is designated as grade-A architecture. In an update dated October 21, 2010, the model's orientation was revised based on suggestions provided by GE.
