If you have any of these software programs, extracting textures is easy: Sketchup (free): Simply export the image as your choice of a 2D file using the File/Export/2d Graphic option, or, Open File -> Export -> 3D Model. In this option, click on the COLLADA File (*.dae) and select "export Texture Maps." Next, find the exported folder containing all the textures. C4D (a trial version is enough): Just import the .skp file into C4D and you'll have a folder with textures automatically generated next to the .skp file. 3ds Max: When importing the .skp file into 3ds Max, the texture files will be stored in ..\3dsMax\scene\assets\images.
