Rope grommet for canoe deck

I designed this device specifically to facilitate easy passage of a rope through the aluminum deck of a canoe, safeguarding it against damage from sharp edges. To achieve this, I engineered the grommet to securely snap into place within the hole drilled in the deck, thereby protecting the rope from harm. A precision stepper drill was utilized to carefully craft the hole to the perfect size, ensuring a seamless fit for the grommet and the rope alike.
