This is a simple tool for cutting rope or string with two interchangeable blades that accept 3mm wide bolts. I purchased 1000 feet of parachute cord and required an integrated mechanism for pulling and cutting lengths, so this project was a quick solution to meet that need. To use it, simply pull the rope through the hole, wrap it around the bottom and into the blade groove, and then wiggle the tool slightly to cut the rope cleanly.
