Rope, Cable or Cord holder and ball
thingiverse
This type of bracket is commonly used in boating, but its uses extend far beyond the water to various areas around the house as well. Securing an extension cord against your garage wall is a straightforward application. These brackets can be printed without any support material. I opted for a print resolution of 0.2mm and an infill percentage of 20%. The ball that fits into this bracket's holder can help save space, making it ideal for printing multiple holders if desired. You can easily scale up this design to suit larger applications. I personally used 18 gauge electrical cord (also known as zip cord), which I split down the middle. This material proved to have excellent abrasion resistance and strength. Print Settings Printer: FLUX 3D delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20%
