This is an insert that supports all released expansions for Root (base, Riverfolk, Underworld, Clockwork 1, Exiles deck, Resin Clearing Markers, Vagabond pack), as well as 3D printed buildings for the factions that can make use of them (see the picture of the Marquis) and is ready to support two of the expansions launching in the latest Kickstarter (Marauder, Clockwork 2.) Supports sleeved cards, vertical storage. Core Box: Without Marauder: All printed insert pieces belong in this box. It stores all game pieces. Put the card holder(s) in the middle between the boxes, as well as the dice. With Marauder: All printed faction boxes and the deck holder go here. The game-supplied card holder(s) also go here. You will need to print extra faction boxes for the Marauder factions (check which sizes are needed using the ones you printed for the base game or wait for this to be updated once I receive my copy.) Expansion Box 1: Store all player boards and manuals here. Expansion Box 2: Without Marauder: Store both game boards here. With Marauder: Store all printed trays and maps here (Storage, Items, Scenario, Priority). What about hirelings? There are too many unknowns about the size of the hireling pieces for them to be factored in right now. In addition, one of the perks for backing the Kickstarter is a hireling storage box. It's possible (though unlikely!) that this is well laid out enough to not require a custom insert, and its dimensions are unknown. However, once I get the expansion, I will be updating this.
