I took calculuschild's remix (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5378047) and lengthened the army part of the tray by about 2mm. I also downsized the gutter between the smaller row of the army tray and the tokens. My riverfolk armies now fit in the tray without needing to be squished in. I also store 1 of the 3 glass tokens in with the army because I couldn't get it to sit flush in the spot required.
