thingiverse
The Parkside PGS 500 A1 tool requires a secure mounting on the CNC Root 3 Lite machine. For optimal results, follow these steps: Mounting the tool involves precise movement along the Z-axis. To achieve this, utilize four LM08 UU Linear bearings for 8mm shafts with dimensions of 8x15x24. Securely fasten these bearings using M6 60mm VR 5.8 fixing screws and 6.6x18 washers. Finally, add a butterfly nut to complete the setup. Printing settings were adjusted to accommodate the mounting process. A filling percentage of 25% was combined with a layer thickness of 0.3 mm. PLA filament was used for this purpose. With these parameters in place, the machine is capable of processing plywood efficiently, even when using cutters up to 3.5mm in diameter.
