Our 115v HF trim router is unstoppable on this Root2 CNC router, which was expertly designed by another talented maker in our community. To take it to the next level, we've added a dust shoe that's easy to install and use. Plus, since most trim routers are around 63-64mm round, you can swap out your old one for this bracket with minimal fuss. Below, you'll find the parts list in both English and metric units. We've included all the necessary components so you can get started right away! UPDATE: October 13, 2016 We've updated our files to accommodate bearings from 17mm to 10mm. If you're using the standard Root2 design with 19mm outer diameter and 10mm inner diameter bearings, don't worry – we've got you covered! We've included 19mm sized hole parts in addition to the original 17-10mm files. All our printed parts were made with PLA at a .4 nozzle, .2mm layer height, 20% infill, and no supports. They printed flawlessly on our Prusa i3 and are more than strong enough for this router setup. And as they say, "more is better" – but in this case, 20% infill seems to be just fine!
