It's not flat on top but has some cutouts for the feathers, wings and comb.
Instructions
Print and put on a delicate ring a-thing with the short pin connector (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17630).
Printed w/ 30% infill on a Thing-O-Matic - no raft no support - Should be printer with 0 extra shells and 100% infill.
Be careful removing it from the print bed - if you are not careful you'll break it's legs.
