Roomba "Undercover" Cliff Sensor Cover
thingiverse
My Sister didn't like having to tape the cliff covers down, so I designed an under-cover version for her Roomba 960. May fit other models, please post makes or comments. After post-processing the cliff covers, remove the edge brush, the battery cover and other 2 screws indicated by the triangles. Remove the battery and bottom cover. Carefully hang the cliff covers over the sensors. Replace the bottom cover over the cliff sensors, don't force the cover. Replace the battery, battery cover, edge brush and all screws. The cliff covers have built in supports, so turn supports off in your slicer. The cliff covers need to be printed in "glow-in-the-dark" or "luminous" filament, you can try "natural" or other non opaque filament, but YMMV. Clif_Cover_8x.stl contains 8 pcs, allowing you to pick the best 6 of the lot. Evil Roomba always seems to be underfoot, or going where it's not supposed to. Watch out for open stairwell doors, because it WILL tumble down the stairs.
