Roomba ramp - Ramp for vacuum robots

I have a few rooms in my apartment with varying ceiling heights. This presented a challenge for my vacuum robot, which struggled to navigate from one room to another without assistance. One of the ramp segments measures 2 cm in height and can be easily scaled up or down within your slicing software to meet specific requirements. Each individual piece is 15 cm wide, making it suitable for use on standard doorways. For optimal coverage, I recommend combining three to four ramps and securing them together using a M3 nut and screw. To minimize print time, I suggest activating the "optimize wall printing order" feature in your slicing software, such as Cura, and setting the resolution to 0.3 mm. This should result in an approximate print time of 2 hours. To ensure safe and stable attachment, consider adding velcro strips to the front of each ramp segment. This will prevent the ramp from shifting or moving when your robot passes over it. For those interested in modifying the design, I have also included a SolidWorks file for easy customization.
