Roomba Front Caster Wheel
thingiverse
Based on a concept borrowed from the wheel by thingibox, I created my own version after experiencing issues with my Roomba. Initially, when I utilized that wheel design, the Roomba was unable to dock and charge properly. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the other wheel sat slightly higher than necessary, preventing the Roomba from docking successfully. This redesigned wheel is intentionally lower to allow the Roomba to dock efficiently. Since I'm not proficient in Sketchup, I opted for a complete overhaul rather than relying on the thingibox file. Post-Printing Instructions: The post hole is deliberately made smaller to facilitate proper installation. To ensure a secure fit, heat the post slightly with a torch and then push it into place. Afterward, cool the post with ice to set it firmly in position.
