Roomba charging station attachment

My trusty old Roomba Discovery kept jamming into the front of the charging station, trying repeatedly to dock - only to finally run out of power one too many times. To solve this problem, a clever attachment was created that simply raises the front wheel and thus the bumper to ensure smooth docking. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: I printed the part in PLA using a CTC printer with default settings for my specific material (210°C extruder, 60°C bed). Post-Printing Instructions: Simply flip over the base, place this adapter at the front, and use tape to secure it. For extra stability, consider applying tape on both sides if you tend to move the base around frequently. Design Story: I crafted this clever solution using OpenJSCAD software.
