My Roomba 960 Caster did not hold the wheel anymore and lost it multiple times. I fixed it with electrical tap but that was only a temporary solution. As I did not want to remove the vertical shaft from the original part I designed the shaft and remixed the caster to fit a M3x20 screw I predrilled the shaft and holes on the caster so the screws would not crack it.
