Roomba Bumper Horns

I designed and printed protective horn attachments for preventing my Roomba from getting wedged under low-hanging objects like cabinets or tables. The inspiration behind this project came from a design on Thingiverse, specifically https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1288978. To fit the contour of my Roomba model 655 bumper accurately, I created horns that require minimal support structures at the base to print successfully. These attachments are secured to the Roomba using M3 x 8-12mm bolt hardware, which necessitates drilling holes through the existing bumper.
