I replaced my iRobot Roomba's damaged charging pad inserts with new ones made using a 3D printer. The originals had melted due to prolonged exposure, possibly resulting from poor contact. You can view images of the original and damaged pads, as well as the replacement I created. The design files are available in both Fusion 360 and STL formats for convenience. To print the replacement inserts, I used a layer height of 0.1mm with supports.
