Roomba 800+ Series Filter Door Replacement

It has been known that the filter door latch for the Roomba 800+ series fails over time with no current fix without buying a whole new bin assembly or paying an outrageous price just for the door. I designed this directly off my 860 series, and it should work for all 800+ models. I carefully measured every feature on the door with calipers and did intermediate prints to verify sizes before completing the entire thing. You will need to remove the gasket from the original door and put it in the new raceway. I used superglue to keep it securely in place. You will unfortunately need supports for this, but they broke off easily for me. Additionally, some physical features on the original door are too small to print and won't print (i.e. the door catch on the hinges). Therefore, the door will come loose if it's not clipped into place properly. Happy printing!
