Please read the Documentation provided as it contains some important information with regards to the Eevee Render Engine in 2.80 This is a .blend file (Unzipped .7z file) Hopefully, you will find this pack useful and a massive time saver! DOCUMENTATION How To Import These models Into Blender/ your Blender Scene: Unzip Room Asset_Pack.7z (7zip if you dont have it can be downloaded here : http://www.7-zip.org/download.html ....its free.) After you have extracted the file: 1.Open Blender 2.Go to File........find and open Room Asset Pack.blend If you are adding selected objects to a current scene : 3.Select: Append 4.Go To Your Room Asset Pack Folder Location 5.Open: Room Asset Pack.blend 6.Select the Object or Objects which you wish to add to your Scene. Blender Version 2.79 and Cycles Render Engine used to create the Models Tested in 2.80 EEVEE Render Engine : Please Read the following........ Eevee works differently from Cycles, so a little tweaking will be required to get a similar look to Cycles with certain objects Please ensure you have Lighting enabled in your scene ( Eevee won`t cast shadows etc from a HDRI) Please enable Screen Space Reflections & Refraction in the Eevee Render Settings Highlight your scene light, then go to the Lighting menu : *Enable Shadow *- Just change Softness to 1.000 *Enable Contact Shadows * The above settings will give you shadows, of course you could tweak this to your liking On to the Objects : You will need to go to Materials Tab then change settings for the following Objects/Materials Coffee_Table_Set : Wine Glass & Wine Colour : ( Settings - Blend Mode - ALPHA BLEND - enable Screen Space Refraction for Both - Set Refraction Depth to 0.35m Cabinet : Glass Vase & Vase Water : ( Settings - Blend Mode - ALPHA BLEND - enable Screen Space Refraction for both - Set Refraction Depth to 0.08m All other Objects appear as they should in 2.8 Eevee - All textures/images and associated files are included within the Blender file. All Room Objects are on layer 1 The Half Room and Flooring are on Layer 2 Lighting and the Camera are on layer 3 All objects have Scale and Rotation applied Approx real world scale ( Adjustable of course) Metric All Objects are named accordingly within the Outliner (Please note the HDRI Lighting used in the Images provided is not part of this package......there are plenty of free ones available online) All of the Objects can of course be duplicated as many times as you like using SHIFT-D Please kindly remember before purchase: This Asset Pack is intended for use within Blender therefore may not port correctly into other Software Thank you, any questions??
